Information Regarding Membership Renewals

Membership renewals are due at our annual meeting in March.

ALL members are required to either volunteer four hours of their time to the Club each year, or repay the initiation fee of $75.

If you put in 4 hours of volunteer time at the Club during 2023 (or before March 2024), your cost to renew your membership is $75. If you did NOT volunteer four hours, your cost to renew is $150.

You can report your work hours here.

We allow a three-month grace period for renewals.   If you have not renewed by the June meeting, your membership will be automatically terminated.

There are three ways to renew:

  • Come to a meeting - You can pay in person at the March, April, May, or June meeting.

  • Send us a check - Make out a check payable to "The Shirley Rod and Gun Club" and send it to:

  • Pay Online - An additional charge of $3.50 has been added on for postage and PayPal fees when you renew online. We will get your new membership card in the mail to you as soon as we can.
