NRA Basic Pistol Course - Dates To Be Determined
This 11-hour course is designed for individuals who want to apply for a Massachusetts Firearms Identification Card
(FID) or License to Carry permit. The course is taught by an NRA and Massachusetts State Police-certified instructor
and features features 7 hours of classroom training, followed by 4 hours of live-fire training at our pistol range.
All firearms, ammunition, and training materials will be supplied by the Club. Attendees are required to bring their own eye
and hearing protection (available at most sporting goods stores).

Tuesday Evening - 6:00PM to 9:30PM (Classroom)
Thursday Evening - 6:00PM to 9:30PM (Classroom)
Saturday Morning - 9:00AM to 1:00PM (Shooting Range)
100% attendance is required

Proper handling of guns and actual
firing of guns at a range is part of this course.
Upon successfully completion of this course, attendees will receive a Basic Firearms Safety Certificate that satisfies the requirements specified
in M.G.L. Chapter 140: Section 131P. - Basic firearms safety certificate.
